Open Hand Striking Techniques. The term “Dead Hand” “Iron Palm” get used in the Traditional Chinese Martial Arts to describe a method of relaxed and heavy open hand hits. Sometimes referred to as that “slappy slappy stuff” This type of hitting is often underestimated for its effectiveness. Learn the secrets to hitting hard with minimal tension and effort.

Taijiquan Single Fan, Everyone loves working with the Fighting Fan. In this seminar you will be introduced to a section of the Tai Chi Single Fan form. This form consists of postures from the Chen, Yang and Wu Styles of  Taijiquan. Along with learning the movements we will also explore their potential fighting applications.

Comprehensive Self Defence, At the core of Martial Arts training is the desire to learn how to effectively defend your self. This seminar will look at all aspects of Self Defence from striking to joint locking integrated into one continuous flow.
